The George Washington University Master in Finance is located in Washington DC, making it the 3rd DC area MSF program. It unique in the fact that the average age is 28 and there is significant work experience among the cohort, very different from the typical master in finance profile which tends to be much younger with 1 year or less of experience. This makes the program almost an MBA alternative.
