I wanted to provide everyone an update on the Lehigh University Masters in Financial Engineering program since it has been a few months since I last posted. This MFE degree does an incredible job with providing outside of classroom materials and opportunities to enhance your experience and education while attending the university. A number of these events are coming up and might be of interest to anyone considering applying. Lehigh MFE Guest Speakers
Graduates of Lehigh University’s MS in Financial Engineering (MFE) program come back to visit the weekly MFE professional development seminar. This really highlights the alumni connection with the program as well as the incredible opportunity for students to learn from and hear from those who were in their own shoes a very short time ago.

Projects
The Lehigh MFE program has a number of projects that students tackle throughout the year. Upcoming Events
For those interested, there are two upcoming events in April where you can speak with and ask questions to the program director. And while it is not specifically notes anywhere, I do think showing up for these gives your application a little more weight. Schools like to see you doing your homework, engaging and making sure the program is the right one for you. Showing up for one of these sessions definitely shows that you are truly interested in the school and what they have to offer.
