The University of San Francisco has a unique specialized masters in financial analysis. I think this is more in line with the Boston Universities MS in Investment Management, but if you are in the SF area it might be something to look into.
The program meets Saturdays so it is ideal for working individuals. It is strongly grounded in the CFA also. They offer an MS in Risk Management as well as an MA in Investor Relations.
