The University of Strathclyde Master in Finance program is another great UK options. They have a variety of MSF programs to choose from also. The university offers credit for a couple certification programs. I’ve heard of the CIMA, but not the banking certificate. Maybe a growing prominence overseas, but it is worth a look.
