Been a little bit since I updated everyone on the Villanova University MSF program. I recently saw a LinkedIn post with their updated class profile so I thought it made sense to post that as well as some other general information. This remains a very popular program and one close to my heart (Class of 2010). Enjoy and check back for more.
MSF Class of 2024 Profile
- Cohort size: 35
- Average GPA: 3.44
- Average GMAT: 624
- Average age: 23
- Domestic/international: 94% domestic / 6% international
This looks like a solid class profile and one that makes sense. Good size, placeable, reasonable GMAT, very good GPA, nice blend of domestic and international students. In looking at the represented undergraduate institutions, you have schools from all over the country. This should provide a great networking and graduate school experience from those attending.
Majors spanned liberal arts to the sciences as well as business focused students. I like seeing this as I think it adds to the classroom since you have students with different base line levels all studying finance.
Information Session
The current cohort is locked in, but next years recruiting should begin early fall. For those interested in the program, now is the time to start researching and get your package in line. Villanova has an upcoming information session and I highly encourage anyone thinking about this MSF to sign up and attend.

More to come as I expect the Villanova to update their placements in short order. This is always of interest and I know that the school and MSF program places all across Wall Street. This MSF has been around for almost 20 years now and the alumni pool is sizable at this point. Plenty of people who have walked in your shoes to connect with and help in your professional development.

Hello, was wondering if these cumulative GPA’s you include in these articles consist of the student’s undergrad GPA or their GPA in the MSF program. Keep up the great work.
The class profiles should include only the UG GPA as the profile is trying to capture the average admitted applicant.
