I have posted once before regarding the Georgia State University MSF program, but I felt it was time for an update regarding the program. Being located in the Buckhead area (Atlanta’s Financial District) is a major plus. The MSF is a night time program which allows students to intern during the day or continue to work while advancing their education.
The average GMAT is a 610 (GRE – 155 verbal, 155 math) which should be obtainable by most individuals. Tuition isn’t cheap at $37,500, but there are research assistantships available for well qualified applicants.
If you are interested in working in the south (particularly Atlanta) this is a program that should be on your list. Plenty of good banks and boutique firms in the Atlanta weather and the cost of living is amazing also. I am working on a student review to add to this body of knowledge. Stay tuned for more information.
