Was checking out the Arizona State University MSF programs website and saw a few updates that might be of interest to you. This program has been around for a while and I try and update all of you at least once a year on any changes. Enjoy!
2023 Class Profile
- Average Age – 25
- Average GPA – 3.46
- International – 76%
- Average Work Experience – 1.9 years
- Male / Female – 73% / 24%
With the GMAT/GRE being optional ASU has stopped reporting averages, which isn’t that big a deal as scores were modest when I reported last years class profile. Work experience has ticked up slightly as well as the percentage of international students. All in all, a consistent profile which helps anyone trying to apply as you can look over the last couple of years and get a good idea of which applications get accepted.
Admissions
Applications are now open for the Fall 2025 class. Below are the deadlines, with the first one coming up in about a month.
- Round 1 – December 1st, 2024
- Round 2 – February 1st, 2025 (International Priority)
- Round 3 – April 1st, 2025 (International Final)
- Round 4 – July 1st, 2025 (Final)
Tuition has increased slightly as well. Here are the current tuition costs (as of 11/2024).

- Nonresident – $62,095
- International – $65,301
MS-FIN (Analytical methods)
- Resident – $59,006
- Nonresident – $87,996
