The Georgetown University Masters in Business Analytics is another great specialized masters offering that the university has. I wrote about this program a couple of years ago (way too long) and they recently published their first placement report. Great results and I thought I would use this as an opportunity to update all of you on the program as well. Enjoy!
2023 MS Business Analytics Career Report
Career reports are always the most anticipated reports that can come out for a program. Students always look to these to see the firms hiring graduates as well as the salaries they can expect to earn. Results are very, very good. Some highlights below:
- Average base salary of $123,268 and an average salary increase of 38%
- $105,139 for students with less than 4 years work experience
- $140,188 for students with more than 4 years work experience
- 76% of students changed jobs within 6 months of graduation

- Male/Female – 65% / 35%

This is program skews older and with more work experience, which makes sense as this is an online program flexibility for working professionals.
For a very new program the placements and salary data is strong. I would only expect this to get better as time goes on and the program matures.

The application requirements are fairly standard. Please note that while the GMAT/GRE is not required, it is highly recommended for scholarship consideration.
