Been a bit since I checked in on the Penn State University MSF program and there is a bunch new to update all of you on. Great to see as PSU is a well known university with a ton of passionate alumni. State tuition for anyone in Pennsylvania as well.
Class Profile
Here are the stats for the class of 2025:
- Class Size – 41
- Average UG GPA – 3.6
- International – 39%
- Male / Female – 83% / 17%
- Average Work Experience – 6 months
Most of the students studied business as an undergraduate major (71%), but there is good representation of STEM (17%) and humanities (12%). International students came from the following countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Italy, Kazakhstan.
Admissions
I’ve mentioned previously about the application process and nothing has changed since I last posted on this. No GMAT or GRE required. Here are the remaining application deadlines for the upcoming class.
The Penn State Smeal MFIN has multiple application deadlines throughout the year. Applications are reviewed and decisions are made on a rolling basis.
