The University of Virginia Master in Commerce program is very similar to a master in finance, but has a dual track focus allowing students to specialize in finance or marketing. Everyone takes the same classes initially, but after the core you split up into your specialized track.
UVA is a target university with great on campus recruiting. You should have no issue getting interviews with all the top banks. Couple that with plenty of alumni on the street and you will be happy to go here.
The program does differ from other schools in the fact that they do not admit undergraduate business majors. If you are an econ major you can attend though.
