It has been a while since I checked in on the Georgia State University MSF program. Looks like they have updated placements which look very good and a couple other things I wanted to make all of you aware of. Enjoy the update and stay tuned for more.
2023 Placement Report
I love seeing placement reports as most students go into a specialize masters with the goal of changing careers or starting their career. Let me lay out some data points on this report and I will give my thoughts after.
- 88.5% Employed within 3 months
- $80,077 Average Salary
- 49% Average Salary Increase
Employment is pretty solid within 3 months. I would be curious what this looks like at the 6 month mark. A lot of students are currently employed so the 49% increase in salary is a great indicator.

That is the update for now. Solid placements, affordable tuition, and a campus located in Buckhead. Definitely a program you should consider if you are looking to work/live in Atlanta or the Southeast.
