The Notre Dame MS in Business Analytics is a newly created specialized masters program for working professionals. Much like the new ND MSF program located in Chicago, this program will be housed in Notre Dame’s Michigan Avenue offices in downtown Chicago. The program is designed for working professionals who are looking for a one-year degree in “big data”.
Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience and a background prepared for a degree with an analytical focus. Classes are held every Friday with three, three-day session on the Notre Dame campus. Another nice aspect of the program is that a large percentage of the coursework is held online.
The application process is pretty simple. Work experience, transcripts, two letters of recommendation and one essay. The GMAT is optional, but may be required by admissions. Tuition is $57K, including room and board for the immersion weeks. If you are a Chicago professional with tuition assistance at your work place this degree will be especially enticing.
