Pacific Lutheran University MSF Program Update

Pacific Lutheran University MSF Program

The Pacific Lutheran University MSF program is one of the few offered in the Pacific North West. It has been around for a number of years and has been able to do some nice things considering its size and location. I don’t get asked too often to recommend schools in the Seattle area, but when I do this is one of the programs I mention. I haven’t posted about it in a while and so I thought it is overdue for an update.

The program took first place at the Quinnipiac GAME conference for their investment fund performance. A pretty cool honor and something I took part of when I was in my MSF program. An additional thing worth noting is PLU Assistant Professor of Business Ufuk Ince, CFA, has been elected president of the CFA Society Seattle for the 2015-16 term. This is a pretty great honor and is important because of the fact that the Pacific Lutheran University MSF program is the only CFA Institute recognized program in Washington State.

I am working on some new student reviews which will be helpful. If I find anything else I will make sure to let all of you know.
