The University of Texas at Austin Master in Finance program just released the placement stats from their inaugural class and they are great. It is always a challenge for a first year program to recruit and then place students as there is nothing to build off of, but UT Austin has come through in a big way. The placements range from big name firms to smaller firms, from investment banking to corporate finance to consulting.
Some of the firms hiring Master in Finance students include Citi, Evercore, Goldman, Jefferies, Raymond James, Keybanc, RBC, American Airlines, Apple, Ebay, Pepsi, KPMG, McKinsey, and on and on. These all represent the best firms in the country and truly show the quality and brand power of the University of Texas at Austin.
