UVA MS Commerce 2016 Placement Results
- Class size – 111 students
- Placement Rate – 92% (96.5% if you include those considering offers and 1 person considering graduate school)
The MS Commerce program has three tracks: Business Analytics, Marketing & Management and Finance. Marketing & Management was 40% of the class, with the other two representing approximately 30% each.
Average Starting Salary
- Business Analytics – $68,276
- Finance – $69,412
- Marketing & Management – $58,815
Finance had the highest average all in salary, coming in at $111,440. This obviously would be higher for an investment banking analyst and lower for someone going into say regional asset management.
