It’s been a while since I last put a post up regarding the Ohio State University MSF program and I wanted to give all of you an update on the great results they have had. OSU was one of the earliest new programs to come out and they have been able to do well in this highly competitive job market. Here are some Class of 2013 Stats:
Class of 2013
- 90% of SMF students actively seeking employment secured a job within 6 months of graduation
- 94% of U.S. domestic students were employed 6 months after graduation
- 92% of international students actively seeking employment in the United States were employed 6 months after graduation
These stats are very positive and show both the benefits of the OSU education and their career services. Also, as a program ages and matures, they are able to tap into their MSF alumni base which tends to be more of an advocate for current MSF students. The OSU program has also been able to place students in a variety of geographic locations as well as top name firms. Here are some of the places MSF students go to work:

Some great national and regional names on this list, including a mixture of banking, F500, US and International firms. I have no doubt this list will continue to grow as the program ages and increases in size.
