University of Texas MSF Update – October 2026

Some new updated to share for the University of Texas MSF program. The application window is now open for the upcoming year so this update is the perfect timing. This program has become one of the top MSF’s in the country and they continue to build on this success.

MSF Class Of 2027

I’ve been posting the class profile for this MSF since the program began listing their profile and UT has been maintained class quality while keeping scores high. I’ll lay out this current profile and include some commentary comparing it to last years profile.

  • Class Size – 91 Students
  • Average GMAT – 655
  • Average GRE – 316
  • Male / Female – 65% / 34%
  • Texas / Non Texas Residents – 69% / 24%
  • Non-Business Undergraduate Minor – 93%

Compared to the class of 2026 the class size jumped by over 20 students. GMAT scores came back down to their 2025 levels and it looks like students outside of Texas have increased. The previous GMAT average was 725 so this program looks to be normalizing into a range seen at most other schools.

For those considering this MSF, the application window has just opened. Apply early, especially if you want financial aid or scholarshios.
